BUDGET WORKSHOP BOARD MEETING was called to order at 12:35 p.m. by Board Chairman Jim Osman.  Other Board members present were Eric Paull, Larry Ellis, Bob Thurston and Cliff Sires.  Employees present were Tanner Weisgram, Colleen Johnson and Laura Dallas.

OLD BUSINESS:

1. Review of Fiscal year 2021-2022 budgets. There were some increases.  Testing costs have increased during the year as well as the number and costs of locates.
2. Review of Budgets for 2022-2023. Looking at new vision insurance options.  Increase in uniforms & trainings.  Phone upgrades. Will have more information at August Budget meeting.
3. Review Rate increase at a 5% or 3% that would be effective as of October 1, 2022. Reminder that there was no increase in 2021.  No decision was made on increase.

Cliff moved to adjourn the meeting.  Larry seconded the motion.  All in favor.
