BOARD MEETING was called to order at 5:30 p.m. by Board Chairman Jim Osman. Other Board members present were Eric Paull and Bob Thurston. Larry Ellis was in attendance via zoom. Employees present were Colleen Johnson and Rebekah Zwygart. Public in attendance was Daniel Hanson and Josh Comstock.

Motion to appoint Daniel Hanson to fill current vacancy on Board made by Eric. Seconded by Bob Thurston.
