BOARD MEETING was called to order at 6:00 p.m. by Board Chairman Jim Osman.  Other Board members present were Eric Paull and Cliff Sires. Bob Thurston joined the meeting via teleconference.  Employees present were Tanner Weisgram, Cody (Evans) McGuire, Eric Hanson, Esteban Torres, Colleen Johnson and Laura Dallas. Present from the public was Jeff Merkley.

INDIVIDUALS TO ADDRESS THE BOARD:

6:15 p.m.          Brett Converse, JUB – Brett contacted the office prior to meeting that he would not be in attendance

ADDITIONS TO AGENDA: Less than 48 hours.
Minutes:  Minutes from December were approved as submitted.
Financial Statements:  Financials were approved as submitted.
Maintenance Report:  Maintenance Report was approved as submitted.

OLD BUSINESS:

1. NPDES review: No update
2. Regarding 177 Nancy Road – The revised application for the Shop-Mudroom and Recreational Toilet was presented to the Board. Legal had made a change in the wording.  Board approved and signed new application.
3. A review of the updated District Rules & Regulations led to a few questions. Colleen asked for a specific definition of “District Representative” as it appears in the document numerous times.  District Representative can be an employee and/or as designated by the Board to act on behalf of the District.  Will need to be clear when using the term in the Rules & Regulations.  Also need to differentiate between Residential RV use and RV Park Commercial use.  Need to evaluate the nature of the dwelling for sizing purposes.

NEW BUSINESS:

1. Motion to not read Resolution 01-2020 in meeting was made by Eric and seconded by Bob.
   Roll Call:  Eric – Yes, Bob – Yes, Jim – Yes, Cliff – Yes
   Motion to accept Resolution 01-2020 to Destroy Office Equipment (old office phone system) was made by Eric and seconded by Bob.

 APPLICATIONS and UPDATES: (ACTION) – Both were accepted and signed.

1. Residential Shop-Mudroom application and Recreational Toilet, 177 Nancy Road, Forest Ambridge
2. Single-Family Residence Sewer Service Request, 90 Nancy Road, Owners Campasino for Peterson Construction
