OLD BUSINESS:

1. NPDES Permit, Grant options, Lake Study (ACTION)
2. Bonner County Planning Department, Providence Subdivision, 117 homes being built. (ACTION)
3. Napoli Shkolnik, Partial Settlement Announcement

NEW BUSINESS:

1. True Value Investment Group, LLC (Day’s Inn), Bonner Mall Way, Ponderay. Group addressing the Board to request to pull back New User Facility Fees from Bonner County lien. (ACTION)
2. Bob Thurston ran unopposed during the May Election. To be sworn in for another term. (ACTION)
3. Schweitzer Apartment property in Ponderay at Triangle Drive and Schweitzer Plaza.

FYI For Board: Tanner rescinded the MOA on 329 Birch Street. Required lateral work was completed.
