PUBLIC COMMENTS: There will be an opportunity to comment on the agenda topics as the presentations and discussions are concluded. Public comment is at the discretion of the Chair. If the topic is not on the agenda, the speaker will need to contact the office for the item to be placed on a future agenda. Comments may not be derogatory in nature, against any individual, business or organization. Public comment opportunities are for comments only; questions are not to be asked of the Board or staff. Public comment is at the discretion of the Chair. Each speaker will be allowed 3 minutes.

REVIEW: MINUTES, FINANCIAL STATEMENT AND MAINTENANCE REPORT

REVIEW AND AUTHORIZE BILLS FOR PAYMENT 

INDIVIDUALS TO ADDRESS THE BOARD:

  1. NPDES Permit, Lake Study, Bond, Grant, Loans. Discussion on the direction to proceed with package plant. (ACTION)
  2. DEQ update on current permit requirements (ACTION)
  3. Providence Park Subdivision review SME / Surety Bond question (ACTION)
  4. The signing of corrected “Acknowledgement of Assignment of Sewer New User Facility Fees” for Bay Trail Investments, LLC, Bay Trail Condominiums. (ACTION)

  1. Resolution 02-2024 to add BOND for Vote in May ballot. (ACTION)

    1. Review estimated loan amount

  6. Unauthorized use, Excessive Storm Water through Lift Station #12 (ACTION)
