NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN:

That declarations of candidacy for the office of District Board Member (Seat #1) of the Kootenai-Ponderay Sewer District must be filed with the district clerk/secretary whose address is 511 Whiskey Jack no later than 5:00 p.m. on the 17th day of March 2023. Such declarations are available at the district office at 511 Whiskey Jack or the County Clerk. Individuals who run as write-in candidates must file a declaration of intent no later than 5:00 p.m. on the 45th day prior to the election.
