The Kootenai Ponderay Sewer District Office will be opening for limited public access beginning on Monday, May 18th.  To protect our patrons and our staff members, the District will be limiting the number of people in the office at one time. One customer will be allowed in at a time. Please call ahead and verify there will be someone in the office and be patient if you are asked to wait outside the office until the patron ahead of you has completed their transaction and staff has had the chance to wipe down the area at the front desk. Staff will remain vigilant with extra cleaning in-between our customers.

If you are paying your bill with a check or money order, the payment drop box is still available. This is not an option for cash payments. The District is still in the process of reviewing possible options for on-line payments in the future.
