- NPDES Permit, Lake Study, Bond, Grant, Loans (ACTION)
- The Laundromat, 477181 HWY 95N., presenting a request on payment of New User Facility Fees (ACTION)
- Providence Subdivision – Steve Altfillisch Property. Current Parcel # RP57N02W012260A Approximately 30 homes located above Providence Subdivision, LLC (see map). Sewer Main Extension. Agreement presented for approval. (ACTION)
- Schweitzer Plaza Apartments, Triangle Drive and Schweitzer Plaza. Paid their New User Facility Fees for building B and C. (ACTION)
- Rescinding Residential Shop-Mudroom Application, 208 Humbird Street, Brian Berger, Owner decided not to go forward with Shop. (ACTION)
NEW BUSINESS:
- Lake Pend Oreille School District requesting a rate change to a non-profit user. (ACTION)
- Schedule a special meeting open to the public regarding sewer capacities for KPSD. Discuss the public relations needed for the miscommunication that is being published regarding the District. (ACTION)
