REVIEW AND AUTHORIZE BILLS FOR PAYMENT

OLD BUSINESS:

1. NPDES Permit, Lake Study, Bond, Grant, Loans (ACTION)
2. The Laundromat, 477181 HWY 95N., presenting a request on payment of New User Facility Fees (ACTION)
3. Providence Subdivision – Steve Altfillisch Property. Current Parcel # RP57N02W012260A Approximately 30 homes located above Providence Subdivision, LLC (see map). Sewer Main Extension. Agreement presented for approval. (ACTION)
4. Schweitzer Plaza Apartments, Triangle Drive and Schweitzer Plaza. Paid their New User Facility Fees for building B and C. (ACTION)
5. Rescinding Residential Shop-Mudroom Application, 208 Humbird Street, Brian Berger, Owner decided not to go forward with Shop. (ACTION)

NEW BUSINESS:

1. Lake Pend Oreille School District requesting a rate change to a non-profit user. (ACTION)
2. Schedule a special meeting open to the public regarding sewer capacities for KPSD. Discuss the public relations needed for the miscommunication that is being published regarding the District. (ACTION)
3. Historical information on 104 E. Central, Kootenai (ACTION)
