Dear District Patron:
On August 28, 2023, the Kootenai-Ponderay Sewer District held its Budget and Rate hearings as published in the Bonner County Daily Bee and posted at the District Office. Due to the increase in operating costs, the Board has determined the need for an increase in rates to cover those costs.
This is to inform you, as a sewer user, of the monthly rate increase which will take effect beginning October 1, 2023. The following is a list of those increases:
