Due to the increasing number of items to be addressed by the Board at the monthly meetings and the posting requirements for meetings, the following will apply to anyone wishing to address the Board at the meeting:
- A request to address the Board must be made at least one week in advance of the meeting.
- If the request is to include items to be presented to the Board, copies of the items must be supplied to the office staff no later than 5:00 p.m. the Wednesday prior to the meeting date.
- These can be either hard copies or electronic copies
- Requests received later than in the specified time frame will be moved to the next month’s agenda.
