TO OUR PATRONS:

During this time District employees are taking precautions to make sure that customers who come to the office are protected. Employees are being more aware of keeping hands washed. The office is wiping down door handles, surfaces, phones, pens and other items with sanitizing wipes. There is hand sanitizer for employees to use in between customers. Please be patient as staff have been instructed to wipe down desk surfaces and pens between customers.

There is a payment drop slot in the door for those people who are paying by check or money order. Please DO NOT PUT CASH PAYMENTS in the drop box. Most banks now offer bill pay online without additional charges. Please contact your bank for additional information on using this method. Remember to allow for mailing time as they mail a check to the District. The District is not set up to take debit and credit cards over the phone at this time.

The District website is close to going active and we will continue to put updates here on the FaceBook page as well as the website.

The District does not have a need to close the office at this time but will continue to monitor the conditions to determine if this will be necessary.
