BUDGET WORKSHOP BOARD MEETING was called to order at 12:20 p.m. by Board Chairman Jim Osman.  Other Board members present were Eric Paull, Bob Thurston, Larry Ellis and Daniel Hanson.  Employees present were Tanner Weisgram, Colleen Johnson, and Rebekah Zwygart. No members of the public were in attendance.

NEW BUSINESS:

1. Review of Fiscal year 2023-2024 budget revisions. Reviewed budget with minor increases, which included an increase in electrical use for the District. Reviewed income and interest earning rates. There was an increase in operating for lift station upgrades.
2. Review of Budgets for 2024-2025. Adjustment to how we label the operating plant upgrades will need to be made. Review options for technical upgrades for the Board usage to have more separation from personal items and District communication needs. Everything else looks good.
3. Review Rate increase at a 3% increase and a possible $3 addition for Bond repayment.

1. Audit Management Letter signed by Board.

Daniel moved to adjourn the meeting.  Larry seconded the motion.  All in favor.
