PUBLIC HEARING SESSION was called to order at 5:00 p.m. by Board Chairman Jim Osman.  Other Board members present were Eric Paull, Larry Ellis, and Bob Thurston.  Employees present were Tanner Weisgram and  Colleen Johnson.  Public in attendance was Lance Badger of Schweitzer.

REVIEW OF NEW USER FACILITY FEE INCREASE BY PUBLIC AND BOARD:

1. Lance Badger from Schweitzer Ponderay Plaza Development addressed the Board. They have already purchased their capacities and would like the previous rate locked in for them.

Motion to go into Open Meeting for decision on increase of NUFF at 5:07 pm made by Bob and seconded by Larry. AIF

In Open Meeting an Action item to accept the increase of the New User Facility Fee from $7,900 to $8,894 per ER without reserved capacity and an increase of $4,750 to $6,506 per ER with capacity reserved was made. Rates to increase as published with the exception of the projects the District had made prior arrangements with: the Ponderay Plaza Development on Schweitzer Plaza and the Fontaine Apartments on Fontaine.

Motion to accept the above action by Bob and seconded by Larry.  Roll call for the acceptance:

     Eric – Y,  Bob – Y, Jim – Y, Larry – Y, Cliff was absent

Resolution 06_2022 was signed.

Larry moved to adjourn the meeting.  Cliff seconded the motion.  All in favor.
