OLD BUSINESS:
- NPDES review: No update
- Regarding 177 Nancy Road – The revised application for the Shop-Mudroom and Recreational Toilet was presented to the Board. Legal had made a change in the wording. Board approved and signed new application.
- A review of the updated District Rules & Regulations led to a few questions. Colleen asked for a specific definition of “District Representative” as it appears in the document numerous times. District Representative can be an employee and/or as designated by the Board to act on behalf of the District. Will need to be clear when using the term in the Rules & Regulations. Also need to differentiate between Residential RV use and RV Park Commercial use. Need to evaluate the nature of the dwelling for sizing purposes.

- Motion to not read Resolution 01-2020 in meeting was made by Eric and seconded by Bob.
